Ofsted 2020 ‘Sherburn Primary continues to be a Good School’

18th June 2020 By traceypearce

At last I am able to share our super Ofsted report with you. The unexpected circumstances we all found ourselves facing during March onwards delayed its publication. I am delighted to report that Sherburn Primary School continues to be judged by Ofsted as being a good school.

During the two-day inspection the children were, as always, polite, well-mannered and well-behaved – they are a credit to you all. I’d like to say a huge thankyou to the staff for their hard work – they really do go the extra mile to ensure that your children are taught a broad, balanced curriculum – and to the governors, who have supported us through some challenging times. Thank you too for your ongoing support of the school, it’s really appreciated.
